Monday Menu Plan – 10/10

It’s officially autumn, but with this stretch of beautiful summer weather wrapping up I want to get in a “last hurrah” with the grill before I turn my attention to the soups and casserole bakes of fall.

Breakfasts: homemade yogurt, baked oatmeal, eggs & toast, fresh fruit

Lunches: peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, lunch meat sandwiches, raw veggies, fresh fruit, leftovers

Snacks: raw veggies, fruit, popcorn, veggie straws, homemade yogurt

Dinner:

Monday
  • hot dogs
  • broccoli
Tuesday
  • grilled teriyaki chicken sandwiches
  • grilled pineapple
  • salad
Wednesday
  • grilled cheese sandwiches
  • tomato soup
Thursday
  • ham and potato soup
  • salad
  • homemade rolls
Friday
  • eggs
  • toast
  • green beans
Saturday
  • tuna pasta bake
  • peas
Sunday
  • chicken tikka masala
  • naan
  • basmati rice
  • cauliflower
